One-Line Bio

I'm a writer, someone who believes in preserving our heritage, and a real estate agent; I'm also, best of all, a grandmother.

In 1985 I began selling houses. I chose real estate because it allowed me a flexible schedule, something I needed with a five and nine year old. Twenty-one years later I still value the flexibility and the internet has added tremendously to that ease. I can serve each of my customers more efficiently. My job is providing the customer with the best information available. The final decision is up to the buyer or seller. My goal is to help you make an informed decision.

On a personal note, I am 58 years old. I have been married to David Stewart for nearly 35 years. We have two grown children and an eleven month old grandson.

I am a graduate of the University of Louisville with a BA in English and I have an MFA in Writing from Vermont College in Montpelier, Vermont.

Houses hold enormous appeal for me. There is something sacred about the notion of home and when you combine that need with money you have a powerful, often emotional quest.
